The product is a quaternary ammonium cationic polymer compound that integrates decolorizing, flocculation, COD removal and other functions.It is also named as melamine formaldehyde resin and belongs to organic high molecular weight water treatment agents.

Application
1. Color Treatment of colored wastewater in textile printing and dyeing, papermaking, chemical, pharmaceutical ink, food and other industries, while reducing other pollutants in water, lowering sewage color, and improving effluent quality.

2. Reclaimed water reuse, pretreatment of small amount of high concentration colored wastewater, oil field drilling, and other water treatment fields,

3. Use as reinforcing agent, sizing agent, fixing agent and charge neutralizing agent for papermaking.

Storage and packaging
The Product is a non flammable and non explosive material, easy to store at room temperature, do not expose to direct sunlight.
The product is packed in plastic drums, 25kg/drum, 200kg. or 250kg/drum, 1000kg IBC packaging is also available.

Using instruction
The instruction provides a detailed introduction to the user and precautions of decolorizing agents in small scale and large-scale experiments which has certain reference significance for sewage treatment.
The determination of the usage of decolorizing agents in printing and dyeing wastewater required a small-scale experiment before a large-scale experiments.

Explanation of process of small-scale experiment and large- scale
experiment (sewage operation debugging) for reference.


Small-scale process as follows
1.Take a appropriate amount of wastewater(Over 200ml) from a beaker and adjust the PH value to 7.5~9.0;
2. Dilute the required reagents, decolorizing agent,  diluted 50 times(i.e. 2% mass concentration)
polyaluminum chloride(PAC) diluted 50times, polyacrylamide (PAM) diluted 1000times.

3.Add the reagents dropwise, first add decolorizing agent, stir, then add polyaluminum chloride stir, and finally add(PAM) stir and let stand(whether to add decolorizing agent or polyaluminum chloride first depends on the experiment of different wastewater)
4. Observe whether the color of supernatant meets the requirements if not, adjust the dosage of the reagent and repeat the third step.
5. Calculate the dosage of decolorizing agents and other chemical per ton of wastewater based on experimental data.

Formula for calculating drug dosage;
Drug dosage={number of drops/20)*mass concentration/volume of test wastewater}*106.
Prepared drug: decolorizing agent(2%solution, diluted 50 times)
                              PAC(2% solution)
                              PAM(1% aqueous solution).
Take 200ml of test wastewater(Chromaticity 200, COD 110 from a beaker, adjust the PH value to 7.5~9, use a dropper to add 10drops of decolorizing agent solution(1m/equivalent to 20 drops), stir, then add 12 drops of PAC, stir and finally add 2 drops of PAM. Stir, let stand for one minutes, and the effluent meets the national first-class emission standard.

The dosage of decolorizing agent=[(10/20)*2%/200)]*106=500ppm
PAC dosage=[(12/20)*2%/200]*106=60ppm.
PAM dosage=[(2/20)*1%/200]*106=0.5ppm
PPM is one part per million, and the dosage of decolorizing agent is 50ppm, which is equivalent to adding 50g of decolorizing agent to one ton of wastewater, and so on. PAC is 60g, PAM is 0.5g.
